Mezzanine

The Mezzanine Flooring System features a robust, engineered structural solution designed for optimal space utilization in industrial, commercial, and warehouse environments. It comprises a high-quality galvanized steel deck supported by secondary joists that frame into primary mezzanine beams. Where higher design loads demand it, the main beams are further reinforced with strategically placed intermediate columns for enhanced stability and load distribution.

The top flanges of the joists are aligned at the same level as the top flanges of the primary beams, ensuring a seamless, level framing plane for efficient deck placement and concrete pouring.

Our steel deck sheets incorporate specially designed embossments on the top and sides of the ribs. These embossments create a strong mechanical bond with the poured concrete, minimizing slippage and delivering composite action similar to traditional rebar reinforcement. This integrated system serves as both permanent formwork and positive tensile reinforcement in one efficient package.
